Shipping policy
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. You may also choose to keep the order open and wait for the item to become available.

Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
Delivery Timeframes:
- Domestic transit: 3-7 business days
- International transit: 4-22 business days (varies by courier)
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment
- Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays
Address Changes: Delivery address changes are accepted before dispatch only. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses: Shipments to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO) will be sent via USPS or applicable postal service.
Out-of-Stock Items: If an item in your order is out of stock, the entire order may be held until the item becomes available. We will contact you to discuss options.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, our return policy applies.
Taxes & Duties:
- Sales tax is already included in displayed prices where applicable
- International import duties are pre-paid — no additional fees upon arrival
Damaged or Lost Parcels: If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us. Refunds or replacements will be processed after the courier completes its investigation.
