Cancellation policy
SeeBeyond Medicine offers Subscribe & Save subscriptions on select supplements and skincare products, with delivery cadences of 30, 60, or 90 days.
Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard at no charge. There are no cancellation fees, minimum commitments, or long-term contracts.
How to Cancel:
- Log in to your account at seebeyondmedicine.com
- Navigate to your account dashboard
- Select the active subscription you wish to cancel
- Click Cancel Subscription and confirm
Alternatively, you may contact us directly and we will cancel it for you.
When Cancellation Takes Effect: Cancellations take effect immediately. Any orders already processed or shipped before cancellation will still be delivered and are subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.
Modifying Your Subscription: Before cancelling, you can also adjust your subscription from your account dashboard:
- Change delivery cadence (30, 60, or 90 days)
- Skip an upcoming delivery
- Swap products within the same subscription
Refunds on Subscription Orders: Subscription orders that have already shipped are subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
